*At Safely Chic, it is our goal to provide you with an excellent product and superior customer service to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.  If you need to cancel an order please e-mail safely.chic9@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order providing it has not been processed.  Once processed, cancellations will no longer be possible. 

*Please note that we do not offer refunds, only replacements in the case of damaged items.  If an item from your order has been damanged please contact Safely Chic within 7 days of receiving the package and provide details of delivery condition as well as photographs.
